The foreman is responsible for the execution of all the operations carried out in the Terminal during his shift. As such:
- To ensure that all terminal operations are executed in accordance with received instructions from the Shift Managers.
- To assist the shift managers in the supervision and control of berth, vessel, yard, particular services and gate operations making the optimum use of available equipment and labor resources. Will be a driving force in managing the whole operations team with due regard to safety, high productivity, quality and labor relations.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
. Good Communication.
. Good level in English
- Bachelor Degree (Bac+3) or higher in logistics or any other relevant field.
- knowledge on computer skills.
- Driving license B.
